Privacy policy

Peptide Vial Math has no accounts or advertising scripts. Every calculation runs in your browser, and the numbers you type are not sent to us, not even with the optional email signup. Your device keeps only a theme choice, an offline copy of pages you opened and, if you close the signup box, a note not to show it again.

This policy covers peptidevialmath.com, published by Peptide Vial Math (“we”, “us”). It describes how the site works today; if that changes, this page changes first.

What does Peptide Vial Math collect?

  • No accounts or comments. The only form is the optional email signup described below. It asks for your email address and nothing else, and never stores your calculator inputs.
  • No advertising or cross-site tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site.
  • Analytics. We count visits with Google Analytics 4, described below. It never receives your calculator inputs: only the page address without its query string is sent.

What is stored on my device?

  • Theme choice. If you switch between light and dark, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage under vm-theme.
  • Offline copy. A service worker keeps copies of pages and files you have opened in your browser's cache so the calculators work without a connection. Clearing site data in your browser removes them.
  • Signup box. If you close the email signup box, a note is saved in local storage so it doesn't reappear for 30 days.
  • Inputs in the address bar. The main calculator writes your inputs into the page address so a result can be reloaded or shared. Anyone you send that link to can see them, and they may appear in your browser history.

What do server logs record?

Like any website, the hosting provider that serves the site processes standard request data (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and time) to deliver pages and protect the service. We do not combine it with other data or use it to identify visitors. Calculator inputs reach the server only if you reload or open an address that contains them.

What happens when I email you?

We use your message and address only to reply and, for corrections, to recheck the numbers. Emailing us does not add you to a mailing list; only the signup form does, and only after you confirm.

What happens when I sign up for emails?

Some pages have an optional email signup form. There's no checkbox to tick; the short note under each button says what you'll get and how often. If you sign up, Peptide Vial Math stores:

  • your email address;
  • which form you used and the page address where you signed up, without anything after the path (no search terms, calculator inputs or other values typed into the page);
  • when you signed up and, later, when you confirmed;
  • which version of the signup wording you saw;
  • a shortened, one-way code derived from your IP address, used only to stop automated abuse. We can't turn it back into your IP address.

No health data. The form never asks about your health, conditions, medications, doses or treatment, and we don't attach that kind of information to your email address.

Confirmation first. Before Peptide Vial Math sends any update, we'll send one email asking you to confirm. Nothing else is sent unless you confirm. Sending hasn't started yet, so for now your address is only stored.

How we use it. Only to send the emails described next to the form and to honor your unsubscribe. Emails may contain partner or affiliate links where the site has them, and each one is labeled.

Who processes signup data for us?

  • Railway (railway.com) hosts this site and the database that stores signups.
  • Google (Google Sheets) holds a private copy of the list so we can view it. It isn't shared publicly.
  • When sending starts, the email delivery provider will be named here before the first email goes out.

These services process the data only to provide their service to us.

Do you sell or share my information?

No. Peptide Vial Math doesn't sell or share personal information, doesn't rent or trade email addresses, and runs no advertising or retargeting pixels. We never pass your email address to vendors, clinics, advertisers or data brokers.

Do you honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track?

Yes. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal from your browser as a request to opt out. When either signal is on, our analytics script does not load at all.

What does the analytics script record?

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, as our processor) to count visits and see which pages are read. It is not loaded on search-result pages, so what you search for is never sent. It records the page address without any query string or calculator inputs, the referring page, browser and device type, and approximate location (country and region) derived by Google; Google does not log or store IP addresses for Analytics 4. Outside the EU, UK and Switzerland it sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to tell new visits from return visits; in those regions it runs without analytics cookies. Advertising features, Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, data is kept for 14 months, and it loads only after the page has finished loading. It does not load at all when GPC or Do Not Track is on.

How long do you keep my email address, and how do I unsubscribe?

We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email will have a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also email privacy@peptidevialmath.com. Unsubscribes take effect right away. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your address on a do-not-email list so we never email you again, unless you ask us to delete it completely.

Can I see, correct or delete my data?

Yes, wherever you live. Email privacy@peptidevialmath.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We'll never ask for more than your email address to unsubscribe. People under 18 should not sign up. See also our consumer health data notice.

How do I make a privacy request?

Email privacy@peptidevialmath.com. Other addresses are on the contact page.
